Some items may be special order due to stock-outs, high-demand items, manufacturing time-lines, warehousing location, and item size. An example of this would be bulky items like scaffolding or some power equipment. Although, we own the inventory, it may take a bit longer to ready for shipment from our primary warehouse. What this typically translates to is a 3-5 day lead time before it ships, usually not longer than this.

Yes, we can deliver most large and bulky items. We typically deliver within a 25 mile radius of our Goshen, NY location. We charge a small fee for delivery of orders under $500.

When something is shipping "freight" it means that it typically ways 150lbs or more, exceeds a certain dimension, or both. Freight requires you to coordinate delivery with the carrier from their local terminal, for which they will contact you. Your item will indicate at check-out if it is shipping freight. You will not see a shipping charge at this time and should proceed with the transaction as you normally would. You will then receive a separate invoice from us indicating the shipping charge to your location.
