RETURNS
Tool Factory Outlet has 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return and refund. Request a refund here within your account: https://shopify.com/90331808033/account
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it- new, unused, and in its original packaging. You'll also need your original order number. Certain types of items cannot be returned. Please see our list of prohibited return items below. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
As long as the above product return conditions are met, our intention is to make your return process hassle-free, fast, and efficient. Upon receiving the item back at our warehouse, we will inspect the item and promptly issue your refund. If the return is denied, we will contact you. We reserve the right to deny any return if we believe our return policy is being abused.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Upon acceptance, we will issue an RMA authorization. Again, you can always contact us for any return questions at support@toolfactoryoutlet.com.
Damages and Defects
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right. If your product is defective and within our 30-day return window, contact us and we will either exchange or refund your purchase. If your item is defective either during or after our 30-day return window, we can also assist in facilitating the repair under the manufacturer's warranty, should you choose to do so, and if the warranty period has not expired. All of our tools and equipment come with a manufacturers warranty to some extent.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item, should you choose.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
