xBlack Jack Drive-Maxx 1000 is the best quality rubberized blacktop filler and sealer designed for asphalt pavements. This product renews the look of old worn driveways and contains sand particles to fill in small cracks. Drive-Maxx 1000 is enhanced with a latex polymer to give maximum performance, unmatched durability and the best looking finish. The combination of gel and fast dry technology provide a fast and easy installation, plus the ability to open your driveway to foot traffic in just one hr (in good drying conditions). Drive-Maxx 1000 with ClimaSeal technology accelerates drying time and also allows for product to cure in cooler temps down to 45 deg F. Under normal drying conditions (temperatures above 75 deg F, clear sunny skies and humidity below 35%) this driveway sealer can be open to foot traffic in just 1 hr after application. (For vehicle traffic, you must allow 24 hr for product to completely cure).

xShipping Policy
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the size and weight of your items and the shipping options chosen. Depending on the shipping provider, shipping dates, and other factors, estimates may or may not appear on the shipping quotes page, or be entirely accurate for all destinations and scenarios.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
Tool Factory Outlet sells a wide variety of products and equipment that ship via Freight. Products that ship Freight typically weigh more than 150lbs or exceed a certain length, or both. If your product is shipping Freight, it will be indicated during check-out as "Freight Shipping." If your product is shipping Freight and Free Shipping is not offered for that specific product, you will receive a separate shipping invoice for you to accept or decline. You will have to coordinate last-mile delivery of the product with the carrier. Typical options include customer pick-up from the terminal, lift gate service to a residential address, or trailer delivery to a loading dock equipped business or building. The carrier will contact you to arrange this. If you have any questions, please call or email us directly.
Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within 4-10 days of our warehouse receiving back your product, however, in many cases you will receive your refund even faster.
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. Once we review and approve your request, an RMA will be issued via email. We'll also notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received, inspected, and processed the returned item.
