Description
xThe Festool Energy set is the ideal addition to the Festool Basic (no batteries included) cordless tools and also offers additional battery packs for the workshop and the job site. Available with different battery configuration to meet the needs of the application. Additional slots provide sufficient space for a total of four battery packs – of which two can be charged at the same time using the TCL 6 DUO Rapid Charger. Particularly practical: You no longer need to look for another outlet for a second charger – making work easy and saving time on the job site or in the workshop. Securely packed in heavy duty foam inside the Systainer³ which provides storage, organization, protection and easy transport and fully covered by Festool Service.
- The perfect addition: Thanks to the Li-HighPower cell technology, the Li-HighPower battery packs are powerful enough for most any application and compatible with most Festool cordless products. (For machines with extremely long-lasting power needs, such as the AGC 18 cordless angle grinder, we recommend the energy sets with BP 18 battery packs with 5.2 Ah)
- Convenient: The included Li-HighPower Compact battery packs are both 20% lighter and 50% more compact than a 5.2 Ah standard battery pack
- Dust extraction starts automatically: The Bluetooth® battery packs automatically start the connected mobile dust extractor (those equipped with Bluetooth® receivers) when the tool is switched on
- Faster charging: The DUO Rapid Charger charges two battery packs at exactly the same time. This makes it suitable for all battery packs from the 10.8 V, 14.4 V and 18 V classes (with the exception of BP-XS for CXS/TXS 10.8 V). The separate LED display at both charging slots shows the current charge status of each battery pack
- Safely stored: Stowed in Systainer³ products with sufficient space for a total of four battery packs and the DUO rapid charger
- Mobile: Packed in a Systainer³, the Energy-Systainer can be transported from the workshop to the job site

xShipping Policy
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the size and weight of your items and the shipping options chosen. Depending on the shipping provider, shipping dates, and other factors, estimates may or may not appear on the shipping quotes page, or be entirely accurate for all destinations and scenarios.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
Tool Factory Outlet sells a wide variety of products and equipment that ship via Freight. Products that ship Freight typically weigh more than 150lbs or exceed a certain length, or both. If your product is shipping Freight, it will be indicated during check-out as "Freight Shipping." If your product is shipping Freight and Free Shipping is not offered for that specific product, you will receive a separate shipping invoice for you to accept or decline. You will have to coordinate last-mile delivery of the product with the carrier. Typical options include customer pick-up from the terminal, lift gate service to a residential address, or trailer delivery to a loading dock equipped business or building. The carrier will contact you to arrange this. If you have any questions, please call or email us directly.
Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within 4-10 days of our warehouse receiving back your product, however, in many cases you will receive your refund even faster.
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. Once we review and approve your request, an RMA will be issued via email. We'll also notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received, inspected, and processed the returned item.
