xThe MMD7NP pinless moisture meter is your first step in mold prevention. Water and moisture build up in a home can lead to hazardous and unsafe living conditions. By checking suspicious water stains around the house, you can determine whether the area is wet (a perfect breeding ground for mold) or has long since dried. The MMD7NP non-invasive, non-marring moister tester detects potential moisture problems without making pinholes. Its pinless design (using a 1-1/2 x 1-1/2 in pinless pad sensor) is ideal for woodworking, flooring and other applications where it is important to not damage the wood or finished surface. This water leak detector also is helpful for water damage tracing, new home inspections and home restorations where large areas need to be scanned quickly and without harming the wall or floor surfaces. It also ensures the appropriate level of surface dryness before painting, sealing or treating wood or drywall. The moisture meter is easy to use simply slide the pad sensor over the surface of what you are measuring in order to get a read-out. Overall measurement range of 0 to 53% for softwood, 0 to 35% for hardwood and relative readings for wallboard and masonry. The backlit, large, easy-to-read digits and clearly-designed LED alerts tell you immediately if the moisture content is high, medium or low. Plus, the moisture meter has audible out-of-range alarm so you will be able to hear a high moisture alert (>17% for wood, >70% for drywall and masonry) even if you are in a dark or awkward space where you cant see the screen. The sturdy, ergonomic shape and rubber side grips allow for comfort even when using for multiple measurements. Every moisture meter also feature a hold function to freeze a reading to read later, auto power off and a low battery indicator. A 9 V battery is included in every package.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the size and weight of your items and the shipping options chosen. Depending on the shipping provider, shipping dates, and other factors, estimates may or may not appear on the shipping quotes page, or be entirely accurate for all destinations and scenarios.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
Tool Factory Outlet sells a wide variety of products and equipment that ship via Freight. Products that ship Freight typically weigh more than 150lbs or exceed a certain length, or both. If your product is shipping Freight, it will be indicated during check-out as "Freight Shipping." If your product is shipping Freight and Free Shipping is not offered for that specific product, you will receive a separate shipping invoice for you to accept or decline. You will have to coordinate last-mile delivery of the product with the carrier. Typical options include customer pick-up from the terminal, lift gate service to a residential address, or trailer delivery to a loading dock equipped business or building. Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within 4-10 days of our warehouse receiving back your product, however, in many cases you will receive your refund even faster.
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. Once we review and approve your request, an RMA will be issued via email. We'll also notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received, inspected, and processed the returned item.
