xA level is only useful if you can read the vials. This level comes equipped with oversized 1/2 in vials. Not only are the vials themselves easy to read, but the level has more vials than competitive models in 48 in and longer lengths, meaning the vials are always within eyeshot, even at awkward angles. Finally, Johnson's SurroundView® technology maximizes visibility and top read windows allow the user to stand over the work to view the vials. This I-beam level is a ideal fit for general contractors and drywallers, although it's versatility makes it a must-have for homeowners as well. This non-magnetic level is preferred when working with wood. For use on steel studs or doorframes, consider the magnetic model 1234 I-beam level.

xShipping Policy
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the size and weight of your items and the shipping options chosen. Depending on the shipping provider, shipping dates, and other factors, estimates may or may not appear on the shipping quotes page, or be entirely accurate for all destinations and scenarios.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
Tool Factory Outlet sells a wide variety of products and equipment that ship via Freight. Products that ship Freight typically weigh more than 150lbs or exceed a certain length, or both. If your product is shipping Freight, it will be indicated during check-out as "Freight Shipping." If your product is shipping Freight and Free Shipping is not offered for that specific product, you will receive a separate shipping invoice for you to accept or decline. You will have to coordinate last-mile delivery of the product with the carrier. Typical options include customer pick-up from the terminal, lift gate service to a residential address, or trailer delivery to a loading dock equipped business or building. The carrier will contact you to arrange this. If you have any questions, please call or email us directly.
Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within 4-10 days of our warehouse receiving back your product, however, in many cases you will receive your refund even faster.
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. Once we review and approve your request, an RMA will be issued via email. We'll also notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received, inspected, and processed the returned item.
