Can be used wet or dry on all hard surfaces, as a baseboard cleaner, wall cleaner and so much more. The mop bucket has a dual chamber system that works to remove water and dirt efficiently from the mop head. Safe to use on all hard surfaces including hardwood, vinyl, laminate, tile, linoleum and more but tough enough for larger messes. The Libman Rinse 'n Wring™ microfiber pads are machine washable and the system comes with one additional microfiber head (two pads total). The Libman Rinse 'n Wring™ removes over 99% of staphylococcus aureus and E. coli on ceramic tile and wood floors when used with water.

xShipping Policy
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the size and weight of your items and the shipping options chosen. Depending on the shipping provider, shipping dates, and other factors, estimates may or may not appear on the shipping quotes page, or be entirely accurate for all destinations and scenarios.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
Tool Factory Outlet sells a wide variety of products and equipment that ship via Freight. Products that ship Freight typically weigh more than 150lbs or exceed a certain length, or both. If your product is shipping Freight, it will be indicated during check-out as "Freight Shipping." If your product is shipping Freight and Free Shipping is not offered for that specific product, you will receive a separate shipping invoice for you to accept or decline. You will have to coordinate last-mile delivery of the product with the carrier. Typical options include customer pick-up from the terminal, lift gate service to a residential address, or trailer delivery to a loading dock equipped business or building. The carrier will contact you to arrange this. If you have any questions, please call or email us directly.
Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within 4-10 days of our warehouse receiving back your product, however, in many cases you will receive your refund even faster.
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. Once we review and approve your request, an RMA will be issued via email. We'll also notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received, inspected, and processed the returned item.
