The 18 V LXT® brushless four-speed impact driver (XDT16) sets new standards. The XDT16 offers users four speeds, as well as Makita's exclusive Quick-Shift Mode™™ for increased fastening control. Quick-Shift Mode™ uses the brushless motor's electronic controls to find the excellent balance of speed and torque for each application for more efficient fastening. Another precision setting is Tightening Mode (T-mode), which downshifts and reduces rotation and impact speed prior to driving the screw into place and is engineered to minimize screw thread stripping, screw breakage and damage to work. The XDT16 delivers industry leading performance in a compact and ergonomic design. The 18 V LXT® brushless variable two-speed hammer drill driver (XPH14) combines power and runtime for more drilling, driving and fastening tasks in wood, metal and masonry. It delivers (0 to 550 and 0 to 2100 rpm) and 1250 in-lb of peak torque. Both tools feature an efficient Makita® built BL™ motor for longer runtime, increased power and speed and longer tool life. Extreme Protection Technology (XPT™) provides improved dust and water resistance for operation in harsh conditions. It's part of Makita's expanding 18 V LXT® system, the world's largest cordless tool system powered by 18 V Lithium-Ion batteries. Makita 18 V LXT® batteries have the fastest charge times in their categories, so they spend more time working and less time sitting on the charger. For improved tool performance and extended battery life, Makita created Star Protection Computer Controls™. Star Protection is communication technology that allows the Star Protection equipped tool and battery to exchange data in real time and monitor conditions during use to protect against overloading, over discharging and overheating. For increased versatility, the tool can also be powered by Makita 18 V LXT® and compact Lithium-Ion batteries with the star symbol on the battery indicating Star Protection inside.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the size and weight of your items and the shipping options chosen. Depending on the shipping provider, shipping dates, and other factors, estimates may or may not appear on the shipping quotes page, or be entirely accurate for all destinations and scenarios.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
Tool Factory Outlet sells a wide variety of products and equipment that ship via Freight. Products that ship Freight typically weigh more than 150lbs or exceed a certain length, or both. If your product is shipping Freight, it will be indicated during check-out as "Freight Shipping." If your product is shipping Freight and Free Shipping is not offered for that specific product, you will receive a separate shipping invoice for you to accept or decline. You will have to coordinate last-mile delivery of the product with the carrier. Typical options include customer pick-up from the terminal, lift gate service to a residential address, or trailer delivery to a loading dock equipped business or building. Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within 4-10 days of our warehouse receiving back your product, however, in many cases you will receive your refund even faster.
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. Once we review and approve your request, an RMA will be issued via email. We'll also notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received, inspected, and processed the returned item.
