xThe Malco TurboShear Heavy Duty (TSHD) is a powerful sheet metal cutting tool that can be quickly attached to a corded or cordless drill. This electric shear attachment has the capability to make fast straight, curved, or square cuts in most common sheet metals. The shear’s wide-opening jaws can operate at high or low speeds for the control you need, when you need it.
With Malco’s TSHD Sheet Metal Cutter, you are able to easily:
- Follow a precise trim line
- Navigate crosscuts through profiles of metal building and roofing panels
- Or cut through layered metal and seams, even the ribs of spiral duct
The heavy-duty hardened carbon steel blades of the tool offer up to 18-guage (1.22 mm) cutting capacity in mild steel. A lateral blade adjustment capability is included, which ensures that optimum cutting performance and maneuverability can be maintained for the life of the blades. Replacement blades are also available and can be easily installed on the job.

xShipping Policy
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the size and weight of your items and the shipping options chosen. Depending on the shipping provider, shipping dates, and other factors, estimates may or may not appear on the shipping quotes page, or be entirely accurate for all destinations and scenarios.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
Tool Factory Outlet sells a wide variety of products and equipment that ship via Freight. Products that ship Freight typically weigh more than 150lbs or exceed a certain length, or both. If your product is shipping Freight, it will be indicated during check-out as "Freight Shipping." If your product is shipping Freight and Free Shipping is not offered for that specific product, you will receive a separate shipping invoice for you to accept or decline. You will have to coordinate last-mile delivery of the product with the carrier. Typical options include customer pick-up from the terminal, lift gate service to a residential address, or trailer delivery to a loading dock equipped business or building. The carrier will contact you to arrange this. If you have any questions, please call or email us directly.
Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within 4-10 days of our warehouse receiving back your product, however, in many cases you will receive your refund even faster.
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. Once we review and approve your request, an RMA will be issued via email. We'll also notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received, inspected, and processed the returned item.
