xThe Ashley Hearth Products AW2020E-P wood stove is a medium size plate steel wood stove with outstanding heating capabilities. This unit will heat up to 2,000 sq-ft of your home with 89,000 Btu of heat from America's oldest sustainable resource, wood. The spacious 2 cu-ft firebox will accept logs up to 21 in L, increasing burn time and decreasing time spent refueling the stove. This stove meets the stringent requirements of the EPA "step 2" 2020 certification guidelines. The AW2020E-P is mobile home approved for USA only. This is a testament to the AW2020E-P's efficiency, safety and low environmental impact. Not only does the AW2020E-P have a low carbon footprint but it also has an elegant, larger glass door that provides ease of loading logs up to 21 in L. The AW2020E-P model replaces the previous US Stove Company models 2000 and 2016EB wood stoves.

xShipping Policy
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the size and weight of your items and the shipping options chosen. Depending on the shipping provider, shipping dates, and other factors, estimates may or may not appear on the shipping quotes page, or be entirely accurate for all destinations and scenarios.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
Tool Factory Outlet sells a wide variety of products and equipment that ship via Freight. Products that ship Freight typically weigh more than 150lbs or exceed a certain length, or both. If your product is shipping Freight, it will be indicated during check-out as "Freight Shipping." If your product is shipping Freight and Free Shipping is not offered for that specific product, you will receive a separate shipping invoice for you to accept or decline. You will have to coordinate last-mile delivery of the product with the carrier. Typical options include customer pick-up from the terminal, lift gate service to a residential address, or trailer delivery to a loading dock equipped business or building. The carrier will contact you to arrange this. If you have any questions, please call or email us directly.
Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within 4-10 days of our warehouse receiving back your product, however, in many cases you will receive your refund even faster.
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. Once we review and approve your request, an RMA will be issued via email. We'll also notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received, inspected, and processed the returned item.
