xIn 2025, we redesigned our Classic VegTrug with a new design, making it easier to assemble and take home in your car. Some stock remains of the previous design, which you can get here at a lower price while stocks last. The Classic VegTrug is our founding product, our heritage. Designed with ergonomics in mind, the raised and unique V-shape simultaneously allows for shallow and deep growth, a posture-saving working height and easy wheelchair access. The VegTrug was designed to bring grow-your-own to everyone, whether you have a garden or not. Small spaces, balconies and courtyards are all ideal places for the Classic (though the Wall Hugger goes even smaller). The V-shape, partnered with our biodegradable liner, also allows for deep aeration of your crop's root systems and ensures proper drainage. Made of durable 100% FSC wood, the VegTrug is ideally suited for outdoor use. A water-based preservative ensures all your crops are healthy and ready for cooking, eating or just giving back to nature.

xShipping Policy
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the size and weight of your items and the shipping options chosen. Depending on the shipping provider, shipping dates, and other factors, estimates may or may not appear on the shipping quotes page, or be entirely accurate for all destinations and scenarios.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
Tool Factory Outlet sells a wide variety of products and equipment that ship via Freight. Products that ship Freight typically weigh more than 150lbs or exceed a certain length, or both. If your product is shipping Freight, it will be indicated during check-out as "Freight Shipping." If your product is shipping Freight and Free Shipping is not offered for that specific product, you will receive a separate shipping invoice for you to accept or decline. You will have to coordinate last-mile delivery of the product with the carrier. Typical options include customer pick-up from the terminal, lift gate service to a residential address, or trailer delivery to a loading dock equipped business or building. The carrier will contact you to arrange this. If you have any questions, please call or email us directly.
Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within 4-10 days of our warehouse receiving back your product, however, in many cases you will receive your refund even faster.
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. Once we review and approve your request, an RMA will be issued via email. We'll also notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received, inspected, and processed the returned item.
